Lis solutions are available in two pricing models:

SaaS

A single modest configuration fee and a monthly fee for as long as you use the service. The monthly fee includes the HIPAA compliant data center, Support, and all updates. Maintenance of the Server, Security, and data backup are all handled by the data center freeing your time up to focus on your laboratory. This pricing model has the lowest cost of entry.

Perpetual License

A one-time fee is paid to license the software in perpetuity. Hardware maintenance, network security, and data back are your responsibility. Only additional years of support are purchased annually at your option.

SaaS - Software as a Service

Your LIS runs on the Cloud in a HIPAA compliant data center. All maintenance is performed by the data center including: daily backups, security checks, and operating system updates. Your data is separate from any other customer’s data. You pay only a monthly license fee.

On-Premises

You may not want your system “in the cloud”. You want complete control over your data. While still a Web-Based LIS, your IT maintains Backups, security, and operating system. You purchase the LIS license as a “perpetual license” which is a one-time fee.

Desktop

Web-based is not everyones desire or need. AP-Visions offers a Desktop
LIS solution (xLab) for those customers that do not want a Web-based solution. xLab is purchased as a “perpetual license” which is a one-time fee.
