Consumer Portal is a public facing, customizable web site for your lab, providing the consumer the ability to order testing, schedule collections, pay for their testing, and see their results. Consumers are kept informed along the way with email notifications

When the consumer places their order, payment is automatically credited to your bank.  Immediate cash flow!

Orders from the Consumer Portal automatically show up in your LIS, ready to be collected.  Once collected and run, reports are automatically sent to your Consumer Portal and the consumer receives and Email letting them know their results are ready.  The consumer can review their results and, if desired, print them.
